We are so excited to be able to hold our Green Park Carols in 2021!!

To allow this event to go ahead we need a number of volunteers to help in a variety of ways so please sign up below if you are able to help.

Please note: as per our COVID-Safety plan, all volunteers at Green Park Carols must be fully vaccinated.

Job descriptions

First Aid | 2 people with first aid or medical training, 5-7.30pm. Manning first aid desk. Ensuring appropriate first aid equipment is brought to site. Return equipment to church at end of event.

Welcoming | 5 people, 5-6pm. Handing out song sheets, encouraging people to check-in with QR code, general crowd control.

Sound Set-up | 6 people, 3-5pm (TBC). Assist with unloading sound gear from van and carrying equipment to stage/sound desk.

Sound Pack-up | 6 people, 7-8pm. Assist with pack-up of sound gear and loading into van.

Stage Set-up | 6 people, 3-4pm (TBC).

Stage Pack-up | 6 people, 7-8pm.

Bins | 1 with ute or 4 to walk, 5-5.30pm & 7.30-8pm. Move bins from Green Park to church.

General crowd management | 4 people, 5.30-7.30pm. Monitor crowding, toilet queues, provide general assistance.

General clean-up | 6 people, 7-8pm. Pick up litter, return equipment to church.
